Inside, a fully equipped kitchen, maid’s quarters for laundry and ironing, a large living space with a smart TV, and an additional lounge and dining area ensure comfort and convenience.

The Space

This stylish townhouse is just a short 1.5-mile golf cart ride or walk to Playa Minitas beach. It’s also only 5-10 minutes by golf cart to Altos de Chavón, the marina, and the main hotel. The Mediterranean-style village of Altos de Chavón features various restaurants, bars, shops, and a mini market, as well as an amphitheater, art school, beautiful gardens, fountains, and a public pool with views over the Chavón River and Dye Fore golf courses. Guests receive a dining discount at Onno’s, Casa de Campo’s top-rated restaurant. For fine dining, La Piazzetta offers an exquisite experience.

The home includes daily services from a full-time housekeeper/cook and a maintenance man, both working from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. They can also stay to prepare and serve dinner with advance notice for a small taxi fee. Housekeeping is included, and the villa can be stocked with groceries before your arrival upon request (we do our best to meet dietary needs). The housekeeper can prepare meals throughout your stay, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner—local menu options are available. The back porch is complete with two BBQs, pool (heat/jacuzzi option), a dining table for six, and additional seating.
